Welcome to Diva CEO. This blog was created to empower women and instill in younger generations that we, as ladies, do not have to emphasize beauty over brains or vice versa. We are powerful beings who are more than capable of creating balance within ourselves and demanding balanced respect and admiration from others. We can turn heads without dropping jaws! Rena Davenport

Ms. Davenport became a single mother of two sons at 19 years old. In addition to her amazing sons, she has been blessed with two daughter-in-laws, 2 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters (identical twins). While caring for her family, Ms. Davenport earned her Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management with a minor in Technical Management then went on to earn her MBAA (MBA in Aviation) in Business Managment with concentration in Marketing; all from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She founded Exquisite Air Charter, a private jet charter brokerage firm, in 2004 and remains CEO. Additionally, Ms. Davenport is a licensed Notary Public and active in her community where her activist efforts are focused on animals and children.
